An AI content engine that grew weekly search impressions 17x in 11 weeks

A Texas HVAC company was invisible in local search. We built an AI-driven SEO system: technical fixes, local service pages, and two blog posts a week. Weekly search impressions went from 876 to 15,273.

The challenge

CG Service Pros does great work in the field, but online it was effectively invisible. The website ranked for almost nothing, local searches in its own service area surfaced competitors first, and the few pages that existed were thin and rarely updated.

For a home-services business, that is lost revenue every week. The people searching "AC repair near me" at 2pm in July are ready to book. If you are not on that results page, the call goes to someone else.

The company did not have a marketing team to throw at the problem, and a traditional agency retainer would have been slow and expensive with no guarantee the number would move.

What we did

We mapped what was actually holding rankings back

Before publishing anything, we audited the site against how local search actually works: technical health, the pages that map to real buying searches, and the gaps competitors were filling that CG was not.

That gave us a ranked plan instead of guesswork. Fix the foundation first, then build the pages that capture demand, then feed the site fresh content on a schedule so it keeps climbing.

We fixed the SEO foundation

We cleaned up the technical and on-page SEO so search engines could properly read, index, and trust the site. This is the unglamorous work that makes everything published afterward actually count.

We built local service pages

We added dedicated pages for the specific services and areas CG serves, written around the way customers actually search. These are the pages that turn a "near me" search into a booked job, and they are what moved the site into local results it had never appeared in before.

We put content on autopilot: two posts a week

We stood up an AI-assisted content system that researched, drafted, and published two blog posts every week, on topics tied to what the business actually gets hired for.

Consistency is the whole game in SEO. The site went from rarely updated to publishing reliably twice a week without adding a person, and search engines rewarded the freshness and depth.

Four weeks of foundation work held the line. Then the first wave of blog content and local service pages landed, and impressions nearly tripled in a single week, from roughly 1,000 to 2,600.

From there it compounded. Each week of fresh, on-target content stacked on the last: 4,200, then 8,600, then 11,600, reaching 15,273 weekly impressions by week 11, a 17x lift over the starting point.

The point is not the spike. It is the system. Once the foundation was fixed and the content engine was running, growth did not depend on anyone remembering to post. The site keeps surfacing for more local searches every week, which for a home-services business is the top of the pipe that feeds booked jobs.
