About Vindex Consulting
Vindex Consulting is an AI implementation partner for established home service and professional service businesses. We find the workflow costing a business the most revenue, capacity, or owner time, and fix it in a fixed-price, six-week program inside the tools the team already uses.
"Vindex" is Latin for champion or protector. That is the job: protect the revenue and time a service business already works hard to earn.

Oscar Hidalgo
Oscar Hidalgo founded Vindex Consulting. He also runs a commercial HVAC company, so the team knows what a missed call, a stalled estimate, or a late invoice actually costs, because we deal with them too.
